March brings the first hints of spring, with longer days and the promise of warmer weather ahead. It's a time of renewal and growth, inspiring fresh starts and new possibilities!
Assistant Athletic Director for Engagement & A-Club Letterwinners Tara Bruce has taken another opportunity within the Tucson community. Tara's passion for Arizona Athletics has been evident in everything she has done. We know she will continue to be a proud supporter of the Wildcats, and we sincerely thank her for her service to our letterwinner community.
As Arizona Athletics continues its commitment to engagement and connection, we want to introduce Megan O’Leary, our Assistant Athletic Director for Special Events & Donor Services. A native Tucsonan and Wildcat alumna, Megan brings a deep-rooted passion for Arizona Athletics, along with a wealth of experience in event planning and donor engagement. In her role, she oversees A-Club Letterwinners, special events, and community relations efforts, ensuring we continue to strengthen ties with our alumni, supporters, and the broader community. Also joining the team in these efforts is Corrina Eklund, Director for Special Events & Community Relations, who will be instrumental in continuing our outreach and engagement.
For our A-Club Letterwinners, a familiar face remains—Ceileigh Trevers continues to be an integral part of the team as our Senior Coordinator for A-Club Letterwinners & Regional Engagement. Ceileigh plays a vital role in supporting our letterwinners and maintaining the strong connections that make our Wildcat family so special. All Letterwinners are encouraged to work directly with Ceileigh for any needs.
As we move forward, we’re excited to continue building on the legacy of A-Club, and we look forward to seeing you at upcoming events! Our Letterwinner community is so special and we are grateful for your continued support of Arizona Athletics and the University of Arizona.

The University of Arizona is excited to welcome back former linebacker Ronnie Palmer as Assistant Coach for the defense. Palmer, who played for the Wildcats from 2005 to 2008, brings a wealth of experience from his playing and coaching career to the team.
Sam Thomas, Women's Basketball Letterwinner, made an appearance at the Big 12 Championship.
Jeff Hammerschmidt, Football Letterwinner, supported our Football Cats at their spring practice. Shown with Letterwinners and Coaches Chuck Cecil and Brandon Sanders.
Anita Moss was not only a member of our Sports Hall of Fame, she was also Arizona’s first volleyball All-American. Anita was a force to be reckoned with on the court and a light in the lives of those around her.
Lee “Pat” Bolen was a true representation of the Wildcat spirit. Anyone he met knew that he loved Arizona and continued each year to support.
We had a memorable evening as local Letterwinners from various industries shared their career journeys and insights with attendees. The event offered valuable networking opportunities and inspired participants to pursue their career aspirations with renewed enthusiasm.

"I just love running. It’s a passion. I think if I didn’t love running, I would not have lasted as long as I’ve lasted. I don’t have to work at a job. I just work at something that I love to do.”
