Important Renewal Information
Auto-Renewals
By selecting a payment option including the language “Auto-Renewal”, fans can simplify their renewal and have their account processed automatically at the beginning of the renewal calendar. At that time, they will receive an email notifying them of the charge amount and what card they have auto-renewal set to. Fans will have two options in this Auto-Renewal program:

1. Auto-Renewal | Payment in Full - Credit cards will be automatically processed in full each year at the beginning of the renewal cycle.

2. Auto-Renewal | Current Payment Plan – Credit cards will be automatically charged in four equal payments, with the first payment at the beginning of the renewal cycle, and subsequent charges on March 1, April 1, and final payment on May 1.
Payment Plans
We want to make the renewal process as easy as possible for you!

We offer the ability to either pay your renewal invoice in full now, or divide the total into four equal installments with our payment plan. Here’s how to start on a payment plan

1. Click RENEW NOW and log into your account.
2. Select payment plan and complete the on-screen directions.

Credit cards are charged in four equal installments, with the first on the day you sign up to renew, March 1, April 1, and final payment on May 1.

Please note that if you begin the renewal process after March 1, there will be three charges: the day you renew, April 1, and May 1. If you begin the renewal process after April 1, there will be two charges: the day you renew and May 1.

You can also select the one part payment plan at any time, for your balance to be charged in full on May 1.

As a reminder, season ticket costs are included in your priority point total and can raise your benefit level. All renewals are due May 1.

Seat Changes/Upgrades
One of the benefits of being a season ticket holder is having the opportunity to move or upgrade your seat location in Arizona Stadium.

For all season ticket holders except those with or looking to upgrade to premium seating (Loge, Sands Club, Skybox Club):

1. Renew your existing seats by the May 1 deadline. You will automatically receive an email in mid-May with your timeslot and details for our online seat relocation and upgrade process.

For season tickets holders looking to move within or upgrade to premium seating areas (Loge, Sands Club, or Skybox Club):

1. Click on the RENEW HERE link.
2. Log in to 'My Account'.
3. On the renewal screen, utilize the comment box to indicate your desire to move within or upgrade to Loge, Sands Club, or Skybox Club.
4. Renew existing seats by May 1. A representative will contact you starting in mid-May regarding your seat relocation request.

Time slots for the online seat change process are in Priority Point order. All you need to do is pay in full by May 1, and you will be included in this process. Payment is due at the time of the upgrade in full, and availability may be limited. Contact us if you have any questions about changing or upgrading your seats.

PARKING INFORMATION

Wildcat Club members at the Coaches level ($1,500) and above receive one complimentary parking pass. Parking is available for purchase for donors at the Red & Blue level ($100) and Bear Down level ($500). Parking assignments are based on availability, annual benefits level, number of season tickets, and priority points. Qualified members can purchase additional parking passes. Wildcat Club parking will be available via an online selection system following the May 1 deadline. Donors at the Platinum level and above will NOT need to participate in this online selection process. All other Wildcat Club members will be given a designated timeslot based on their annual benefits level and priority points. Emails regarding timeslots will be sent around mid-May.
